Welcome to Scoolkids Newsletter

This is our 1st newsletter, the hard copy version will be designed and produced by the children of Scoolkids. Each term 4 children will be selected 2 planners 2 editors. The newsletter is a way of onforming parents and visitors of what we are up to as a club. Parents and children can use the newsletter to advertise sales or wants. It wil also be a way for parents to add comments on the club.

Thank you Mrs Ray !!!

Mrs Ray is still teaching in school, but has stepped down from manager of Scoolkids. Before the summer term ended the Scoolkids children supriised her with cakes, cards and flowers as a thank you for everything she  has done for the club.

Congrats Mrs Raper

Kimberley Raper has taken over the role of Manager of Scoolkids.  Miss Davina Walton is joining us as assistant.

Christmas Cake Making

Mrs Thompson will be back in after the October half term to make a start on the Christmas Cakes.

Sewing - Mrs Ada Pressley is helping the club on a Thursday in a sewing activity. She will show the children new skills and produce hanging scented pouches.

Scoolkids Activites:

Art - Looking at African Art and Culture, designing and producing collages and African tools and jewellery using the junk modelling materials.

Wednesday

Sports and Games to include Cricket, Rounders, Football and Basket Ball.

Thursday

Sewing

Friday

Football Coaching and games.

Tea is served at 4:30pm

4:30pm to 5:30pm children can relax, play and unwind. Children can paint or relax and read. A free play session till we finish at 5:30pm.
