
A TEESDALE primary school had a special visitor on Monday as it unveiled a new stained glass window to mark its 200th anniversary.
Ex pupils and staff from as many as four generations joined Ingleton Primary CofE School children for the assembly with the Bishop of Jarrow, the Rt Rev Mark Bryant.
Current pupils Maddy Schaible, Jayden Thompson, Freya Hunt and Leon Goldsworthy gave a presentation about what life was like at the village school when it opened in 1816 compared to the present day.
As part of the 200 year celebrations of the school, Rt Rvd Mark Bryant, Bishop of Jarrow visited on 21st November 2016 to unveil the special stained glass window
